Minister Šibonjić received the owner and director of Pobjeda Tešanj, a company employing 295 workers and exporting pumps to Mercedes, MAN, and BMC Power.

Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Šibonjić held a working meeting with representatives of the company "Pobjeda" Tešanj - owner Kasim Kotorić and director Elvedin Ćosatović. Pobjeda, founded in 1954, is today a fully private joint-stock company employing 295 workers, including those at its own foundry in Turbe, and represents one of the pillars of the metalworking sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the meeting, the company's key products were presented - more than 200 types of oil and water pumps for commercial vehicles, manufactured to the highest industrial standards. Approximately 55 per cent of production is directly supplied to the OEM market, with long-standing cooperation with manufacturers such as Mercedes, Daimler, MAN Truck & Bus, and Turkish BMC Power. The company records an annual turnover of approximately 14 million euros, with the entire new product development process carried out in-house - from design and tooling, through casting, to final CNC machining and testing.

Future plans were also discussed, including the further development of pumps for next-generation engines and the expansion of production capacities. Minister Šibonjić and the company representatives expressed mutual interest in strengthening cooperation, with the aim of creating a more favourable business environment that will enable further growth and new investments in this strategically important sector for the economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton.
