Minister Sibonjic Visits Kent Visoko

Minister Sibonjic visited Kent Visoko, which operates as part of AS Holding. The company's primary activity is the production of rusks, biscuits, long-lasting pastries and cakes. Discussions were held with Director Ferid Hadžijakubović about the state of the food industry, current challenges faced by domestic producers and opportunities for improving production processes.

Kent Visoko is one of the leading biscuit and petit-beurre producers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, whose products are recognised for their quality and long-standing tradition. The company employs a significant number of workers and represents one of the more important economic entities in the Visoko area.

Minister Sibonjic expressed gratitude for the hospitality and support for domestic food industry producers, emphasising that strengthening this sector is of strategic importance for food security and the economic development of the canton. Further cooperation on removing barriers that slow the growth of the domestic food industry was agreed upon.
