Visit to Badnjar d.o.o. Žepče: The Entrepreneurial Spirit of the Canton

The Minister of Economy of Zeničko-Dobojski Canton, Samir Sibonjic, visited the company Badnjar d.o.o. in Žepče. The transport and craft company was founded in 2008 by brothers Edin and Hasan Badnjar. It operates through two business units — one providing public non-scheduled passenger transport in BiH and Europe, and the other specialising in vehicle painting services for passenger and freight vehicles.

Badnjar d.o.o. holds the gold Global Quality Award 2019 certificate for successful operations over 11 years without blockages, and is regarded as a reliable partner with longstanding continuity in its services. The company possesses a 200 m2 production facility, eight minibuses with a capacity of 18-20 seats, a painting chamber and other specialised equipment.

"It is encouraging that there are more and more such companies in Zeničko-Dobojski Canton and that we lead in private initiative relative to our population. The entrepreneurial spirit of people from the canton is extraordinary. With the largest incentives to date and administrative efficiency, the Ministry of Economy seeks to provide an additional boost to the canton's economy," Minister Sibonjic stated.
