May Day Greetings: The Economy Is the Foundation of Development and Prosperity

On the occasion of May 1st, International Labour Day, Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Sibonjic extended greetings to all workers and employers. He emphasized that this day is an opportunity to jointly send messages about strengthening workers' rights, empowering the economy, and developing society, as there is no stable economy without capable entrepreneurs, nor strong entrepreneurs without hardworking and satisfied workers.

Minister Sibonjic stressed that the economy is the foundation of every society and every state, and that the Ministry of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton is committed to strengthening cooperation with companies and workers on a daily basis. He sees this cooperation through the protection of workers' and entrepreneurs' rights, as well as through creating well-designed policies that will provide the best possible conditions for development and a better standard of living for all.

The economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton is a pillar of economic development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and hardworking workers and entrepreneurs, together with their daily achievements in domestic and international markets, are proof of this. The Minister stated that the Ministry will continue serving the people and creating the best possible business environment through policies and measures, with the conviction that cooperation will grow stronger with each passing day.
