Premier Pivić and Minister Sibonjic Host ZEPS Fair Management: Bringing Back ZEPS as a Symbol of Zenica and Zenica-Doboj Canton
Premier Pivić and Minister Sibonjic hosted ZEPS fair management as the fair returns after a five-year hiatus in October.
Prime Minister of the Zenica-Doboj Canton Nezir Pivić and Minister of Economy Samir Sibonjic met with the management of the Zenica Economic Fair ZEPS, which will be held from 1 to 5 October at Kamberovića Polje in Zenica after a five-year hiatus. Fair manager Sanel Ibrić and marketing manager Samra Gluhić from the company Tapas d.o.o. Zenica briefed the hosts on fair preparations.
Three months before the fair, approximately 200 exhibitors have been announced, with that number expected to grow further. A rich programme of accompanying events is planned, including panels, business meetings and promotions, with a special focus on young entrepreneurs. The partner country for the fair is the Republic of Turkey, with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce as the lead activity carrier.
Prime Minister Pivić expressed satisfaction that the Government played a key role in reviving ZEPS as one of the symbols of Zenica and the Zenica-Doboj Canton. The Ministry of Economy will financially support the participation of domestic companies at the fair and will soon announce a second public call for the allocation of funds within the fair participation support programme.
