Visit of Safet Sinanović, Deputy Director General of BH Railway Corporation, to the Ministry of Economy of ZDK

The Ministry of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton was visited by Safet Sinanović, Deputy Director General of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Railway Public Corporation, who will assume the position of Director General in the next rotating mandate.

During the meeting, issues of mutual interest were discussed, with particular emphasis on the role of railway transport in supporting the industrial sector and the overall economic development of the canton. Possibilities for improving transport connectivity, optimising logistics chains, and creating more favourable conditions for business entities that utilise railway transport in their operations were analysed.

Minister Sibonjic expressed gratitude for the visit and highlighted the importance of railway transport for the canton's economic sector, along with a shared readiness to deepen cooperation and take concrete action on projects that contribute to a higher-quality transport system serving both the economy and citizens.
