Visit to the Newly Established Company I.M.G. Zavidovići

Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Sibonjic visited the newly established company I.M.G. in Zavidovići, where he spoke with director Mujo Kalabić. Mr Kalabić has been living and working in Italy with his family for many years, where he has been successfully engaged in business in the metal sector, and has made the decision to invest the capital and knowledge acquired in Europe in his hometown of Zavidovići together with his son Mirsad.

The company I.M.G. plans to construct a new production facility for the manufacture of metal structures and parts for business partners in the European Union. During the visit, the minister was acquainted with the company's business activities and development plans, and the Ministry of Economy's incentive measures for achieving faster economic growth and development in Zenica-Doboj Canton were presented.

Minister Sibonjic expressed satisfaction with the growing number of people from the canton living abroad who are making the decision to return and invest in their homeland. It was emphasised that the Ministry of Economy remains committed to providing support to such investors and will continue working towards creating a favourable business environment that enables their successful operations and further development.
