ZDK Ministry of Economy Supports Fashion Festival "Wear Domestic"

Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Sibonjic met with President of the Fashion M Association Selma Maličbegović and event manager Sara Dervišević to discuss the Ministry's support for the organization of the General Fashion Festival of Bosnia and Herzegovina, to be held this spring in Zenica under the slogan "Wear Domestic".

The festival will include thematic meetings, workshops, round tables, and fashion shows of domestic brands and fashion designers from across the country, aimed at supporting and promoting the textile, leather, and footwear industry in BiH. Minister Sibonjic and his team expressed support for the realization of this project, emphasizing that the textile, leather, and footwear industry in ZDK has demonstrated its competitiveness and has the resources to establish itself in markets.

Sibonjic stressed the necessity of supporting domestic production as a whole, noting that products of domestic producers are marketed and exported worldwide, and that buying domestic strengthens the industry we depend on. Maličbegović thanked the Minister for his support, emphasizing the importance of the Ministry of Economy recognizing this initiative.
