Inter-Cantonal Economic Cooperation Talks with Minister Laketić

Minister of Economy of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton Željko Laketić received Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Sibonjic in his office. The meeting between the two ministers provided an opportunity to discuss current economic trends in both cantons and to examine possibilities for enhancing mutual cooperation in the field of economic development.

During the talks, the need to improve cooperation in the economic field was emphasized, with particular focus on the potential that both cantons possess in the domains of industry, agriculture, and tourism. The ministers agreed that there is significant room for more intensive exchange of experiences and a coordinated approach to issues of common interest.

It was agreed that both sides will undertake activities to create preconditions for mutual connection of business entities that express interest in investing and conducting business in the territory of both cantons, with the aim of strengthening overall economic potential and creating a more favourable business environment.
