Minister Šibonjić Attends the 24th International Tourism and Ecology Fair „List"

Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Šibonjić attended the opening ceremony of the 24th International Tourism and Ecology Fair „List" in Zenica. A dedicated stand of the Tourist Board of Zenica-Doboj Canton was presented at the fair, showcasing the canton's tourism potential, natural landscapes and cultural heritage to visitors from across the region.

The International Tourism and Ecology Fair „List" is one of the most significant regional events dedicated to the promotion of sustainable and responsible tourism and the protection of the natural environment. The fair traditionally brings together exhibitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the wider region, attracting tourism organisations, businesses and institutions that recognise the importance of environmentally conscious development. Through a diverse programme, „List" promotes the natural and cultural wealth of Bosnia and Herzegovina and contributes to its recognition as an attractive tourist destination.

Minister Šibonjić's attendance at this year's edition confirms the commitment of the Ministry of Economy to actively support tourism as one of the strategic priorities of economic growth in Zenica-Doboj Canton. Discussions with exhibitors and representatives of the tourism sector underlined the importance of investing in tourist infrastructure, branding of local destinations and stronger promotion of the canton at regional and international level. „Zenica-Doboj Canton possesses extraordinary natural and cultural potential that deserves full institutional support and systematic investment", the minister stressed.
