These agreements continue the most intensive investment cycle in the tourism sector to date, confirming the canton's commitment to the strategic development of tourism.

Thanks to continuous investment, the Zenica-Doboj Canton has recorded remarkable growth this year, with nearly 50 percent more overnight stays by foreign tourists. Minister of Economy Samir Sibonjic emphasised that the Ministry's goal is long-term, aimed at creating a recognisable tourist destination that will attract both domestic and international guests equally. The agreements represent a concrete step toward modernising the tourism offer and strong support for local communities whose work is making tourism one of the fastest-growing sectors in the canton.

Among the signed agreements are projects that will have a long-term impact on the canton's tourism infrastructure, from new tourist attractions and improvements to spa capacities to infrastructure solutions that enhance the quality of life for citizens. Minister Sibonjic expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Nezir Pivić and Minister of Finance Dženana Čišija for their dedicated work and shared vision in the realisation of these projects.
