Minister Sibonjic visited Euroimpex-AN, a family wood processing company with FSC certification and exports to European markets.
The Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton, Samir Sibonjic, visited the company Euroimpex-AN, a family business founded in 1996 in Zenica. From the very beginning, the company has been engaged in wood processing, from its primary form to the production of finished products such as solid wood panels, interior staircases, wooden window elements and various glued wood products, with a primary focus on exports to European markets including Austria, Germany, France, Italy, Slovenia and Croatia.
Euroimpex-AN has achieved continuous growth through gradual expansion, construction of new infrastructure and implementation of new technologies. The company is a long-standing official representative of the German wood chippers Heizohack and their heating systems. Its philosophy involves complete wood utilisation while minimising waste, and the wood pellet production factory offers an environmentally friendly fuel source. The company holds the FSC certificate for forest conservation and responsible wood management, and has built a solar power plant to reduce its carbon footprint.
Minister Sibonjic expressed his satisfaction with the company's operations, whose motto is "Growing Together", highlighting that Euroimpex-AN represents an example of a successful domestic enterprise that has positioned itself on demanding European markets through quality and innovation while contributing to the development of the local community.
