Sibonjic and Suer Discussed Cooperation and Joint Projects

Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Sibonjic received the President of the Management Board of ZiraatBank BH d.d., Bülent Suer, in his office. They discussed cooperation with an emphasis on financial support for development projects of companies in the canton, with continued support announced for small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing sector.

Minister Sibonjic presented the canton's economic resources, highlighting the leading position of its companies in the metal, wood processing, food and construction industries. He emphasised that the canton's economy is export-oriented and has a vital interest in investing in new technologies, with access to favourable credit lines being of crucial importance for further development.

ZiraatBank BH, the first bank with foreign capital established in BiH, operates through 35 branches and has prioritised employment and job creation over the past 26 years. The bank is also increasing its capital from 240 to 260 million KM, demonstrating its confidence in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its future.
