Ceremony Marking the 100th Anniversary of the Republic of Turkey Organized by EUFOR Lot Zavidovići

Minister of Economy of Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Sibonjic attended the ceremony organised by the Turkish military mission of EUFOR Lot Zavidovići marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye. The event brought together representatives of the Turkish armed forces and the local community in the spirit of marking this significant jubilee.

On this occasion, Minister Sibonjic extended congratulations to Turkish Army representatives Major Ali Daydal and Deputy Commander Şefik Sedef, as well as to the entire people of the Republic of Türkiye. Gratitude was expressed for the longstanding friendship and cooperation between the two countries.

The Minister emphasised the desire to further strengthen the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Türkiye across all fields, including the economic, cultural and military dimensions of bilateral relations. The presence of the Turkish military mission in Zavidovići attests to the enduring commitment of the Republic of Türkiye to the stability and development of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
