Minister Sibonjic at the Grand Opening of TUBODER in Sarajevo

Minister of Economy of the Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Sibonjic attended the grand opening of the Association for Solidarity of Entrepreneurs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Türkiye – TUBODER in Sarajevo. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye Mahmut Gürcan, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Bosnia and Herzegovina Emin Akseki, representatives of institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as numerous representatives of Turkish and Bosnian-Herzegovinian business entities.

On this occasion, Minister Sibonjic emphasised the importance of further strengthening economic cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Türkiye, highlighting that connecting entrepreneurs, exchanging experiences and supporting investments are key foundations for economic development, particularly at the cantonal and local levels.

The opening of TUBODER represents another significant step toward enhancing the friendly and economic relations between the two countries, with a special focus on the realisation of joint projects and strengthening business ties between Bosnian-Herzegovinian and Turkish business entities.
