New Facility of the Enatex Company Opened in Zavidovici

A ceremony was held in Zavidovići for the opening of a new facility of the Enatex textile company, which has now been expanded and employs more than 160 workers. Founded in 2008, the company specialises in the production of work and protective clothing. The ceremony was attended by ZDK Minister of Economy Samir Sibonjic, Mayor of Zavidovići Erna Merdić Smailhodžić, President of the ZDK Chamber of Commerce Dijana Babić, and partners from BiH and Slovenia.

Director Enesa Bukvić thanked all workers, partners, and guests, emphasising that the success is the result of collective effort. General Director of the Slovenian company UNI&FORMA Jože Kastelic praised the high level of efficiency and success of Enatex, highlighting the longstanding and successful cooperation between the two companies. Minister Sibonjic and Mayor Smailhodžić underscored the significance of the opening for the local economy, with the Mayor particularly commending Enesa Bukvić as a woman entrepreneur who has demonstrated exceptional ability and commitment.

At the ceremony, 24 workers marking their tenth anniversary with the company were awarded symbolic gifts, after which Director Bukvić, Mayor Merdić Smailhodžić, and Kastelic ceremonially opened the new facility. The expansion of Enatex's capacity represents a significant contribution to strengthening the manufacturing sector in Zavidovići and the Zenica-Doboj Canton.
