Pilot Project "Eko Roads" - Innovative Method of Rural Road Stabilisation in Vozuća

Minister of Economy of the Zenica-Doboj Canton Samir Sibonjic visited the pilot project "Eko Roads" on site – an innovative method of soil stabilisation on rural roads, being implemented in the area of the Vozuća local community. The project is carried out by JKP Radnik, organised by the City of Zavidovići, which once again demonstrates its openness to the application of new technologies.

The "Eko Roads" technology represents a sustainable solution for rural roads, delivering significant savings and environmental benefits compared to traditional road maintenance methods. The City of Zavidovići is thereby positioning itself as one of the leading local communities in the Zenica-Doboj Canton in terms of innovation and readiness to support projects that contribute to a better quality of life for citizens.

The Ministry of Economy of the Zenica-Doboj Canton actively supports such projects through technical and financial assistance, particularly valuing local initiatives that bring long-term progress to infrastructure and quality of life in rural areas of the canton.
